Delivery Policies

GLG Delivery Policies

Delivery of Physical Products:

Physical products purchased from GLG will be processed and delivered within 48 business hours of placing the order.
This delivery time excludes Sundays and local holidays.
A tracking number will be provided so customers can track the status of their shipment.
Delivery of physical products is currently limited to addresses in the Dominican Republic.
In Santo Domingo, physical products will be delivered door to door.
For shipments outside of Santo Domingo, the customer must pick up the package at the branch of our transport provider corresponding to their city.

Delivery of Digital Products:

Digital products will be available for download immediately after the transaction is completed.
Customers will receive a download link in their order confirmation and will also be able to access their downloads from their account on our website.
Each digital product will only be available for download a maximum of two times. After these two downloads have been exhausted, no further access will be permitted.

Mailing address:

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing the order.
Any errors in the shipping address must be corrected by the customer before the physical product is shipped.

Delivery Delays:

GLG is committed to making every effort to meet stated delivery times. However, in exceptional cases, such as extreme weather events or logistical issues, delivery times may be affected. In such cases, customers will be informed of any expected delays.

Damaged or Lost Products:

In the case of physical products damaged during shipping, GLG undertakes to replace the product at no additional cost to the customer.
For products lost during shipping, an investigation will be conducted to determine the cause and an appropriate solution will be offered.

Refunds and Returns:

Refund and return policies are governed by our General Return Policies. Customers can review these policies on our website or contact our customer service for more information.
These delivery policies are designed to ensure a transparent and satisfactory shopping experience for our customers in the Dominican Republic. Any changes to these policies will be communicated through our website and will become effective upon posting.
